Help your child learn how to stay aware, think clearly, and respond confidently in uncomfortable situations! Our Fundamental Self-Defense Seminar teaches kids practical self-defense skills, situational awareness, and how to recognize potential dangers before they escalate. With hands on instruction, children will develop better decision-making skills and greater confidence in their ability to protect themselves. All skill levels are welcome!
