Settle in, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to simply rest. This deeply relaxing experience combines guided Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep") with the gentle energy of Reiki while surrounded in soothing sounds & vibrations of singing bowls & other instruments washing over you. This experience is meant to encourage restoration, release tension, and help quiet the mind. No yoga experience is needed - just come as you are, get cozy, and let yourself receive.
