Dancing with Our Energy

Throughout the flow of this hour practice, we will attune to one another (and ourselves) through dancing and gentle flowing movement, ending with a communal dance circle. Music will flow throughout, and at some pauses, there may be moments for reiki energy healing.

Together we will ground into the body, and put our attention towards places of discomfort or tension. We will send love towards energy centers and begin to move as a way to open our minds and hearts.

Zoe Elizabeth is a transdisciplinary artist whose practice integrates the intelligence of dance and movement with energy work, as a way of cultivating resilience in the body. She is energized by the work of bringing people together, sharing her artistic expression through performance, and through personal 1:1 sessions, with the intention to illicit joy and deepen resonance.
