About this event

• Please note the cost of this workshop has increased since the brochure was printed in order to cover the increased cost of supplies. Updated Workshop Fee: $99 — Everything Included. Build it now. Put it up this winter. Be ready for bluebirds this spring! Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop and build your own cedar bluebird house to take home and enjoy in your backyard. Participants will assemble and have the option to paint their house while learning about Eastern Bluebirds, proper nesting-box placement, and how to attract bluebirds to their yard. Everything you need is included—the pre-cut cedar birdhouse kit, all building materials, paint, instruction, and a mounting pole so your finished house will be ready to install when you get home. Adults are welcome to participate on their own, and children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. No woodworking experience is necessary. Build your house now, install it over the winter, and have it ready when bluebirds begin scouting for nesting sites in late winter and early spring. This workshop is for a child and their grown up, only one registration per duo is needed. Children must be 8+
