About this event
Through a series of gentle supported poses held for longer periods, this yoga class will help you relax - calm your nervous system, release tension and reset. We start with centering, grounding, and gentle movements to warm up then move to restorative poses. Supported by props to help you ease into relaxation without strain or effort. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded and nourished. All levels welcome
