About this event
Sunday Restorative is a slow, deeply relaxing practice using supportive props to help your body fully let go. Expect gentle movement, long-held supported poses, breathwork, and plenty of stillness. This is less about doing and more about allowing your body and nervous system some time to reset before the week ahead. No experience necessary. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let yourself be supported.
