About this event

This masterclass, taught by Dr. Cheng (Jason) Jiang, assistant professor of the practice in the Carroll School of Management's Seidner Department of Finance, will provide a practical introduction to how derivatives work and how they are used in real-world financial decision-making.

Participants will explore the fundamentals of futures, options and other derivative instruments, understand the principles behind derivative pricing, and examine how these products can be used to hedge risks arising from movements in equities, interest rates, currencies and commodities.

This event is presented in collaboration with SEED Global Education.
