- ➤ The City of Framingham and the Veterans Council announced the third annual Hometown Heroes Banner Program to honor local veterans by displaying banners with their photos and service details along city streets. - ➤ The Framingham 325th Celebration Committee has announced 10 inductees for the Women’s History Month Exhibit—recognizing local women who shaped our community—and the induction ceremony will be held Wednesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. in Nevins Hall at the Memorial Building. City of Framingham
- ➤ A Home for Our Future Generations invites residents to join a public art project celebrating energy conservation with community-made mosaics and interactive murals; public engagement kicks off March 10 at The Center for the Arts (Natick) and continues with sessions at the Callahan Center and Framingham Public Library. - ➤ The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife confirms that it is illegal for residents to keep a fox as a pet because foxes are wild and may be dangerous. The law allows only certain domestic animals and does not issue permits for personal fox ownership. MetroWest Daily News
