- ➤ A documentary about the Twelve Tribes cult, with local Massachusetts ties, will air on Investigation Discovery on Monday, Mar. 16 from 9 to 11 p.m. -- it features interviews with former members that explore the group’s controversial practices and provides additional streaming on HBO Max. REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ On Mar. 13, rental data from Zumper showed that Framingham apartment listings dropped 8% from a median $2,700 last February to $2,475 now — one-bedroom rents dipped slightly while prices remain below state averages. MetroWest Daily News

- ➤ St. Mary's boys basketball trailed Masconomet in the final 30 seconds but clinched the D2 state title when a last-second shot turned the game in favor of the Spartans. MetroWest Daily News
