- ➤ Team Framingham ran the Boston Marathon on Monday, Apr. 20, finishing 23 races with 19 official finishers while raising over $100,000 for local nonprofits. Fundraising remains open until Apr. 30 to reach new fundraising milestones + support community organizations. City of Framingham

- ➤ FIFA began selling additional tickets for all 104 men's World Cup matches yesterday at 11 a.m. ET — fans in Foxborough can purchase seats at Gillette Stadium from FIFA’s website as more tickets are released through the final match on July 19. MetroWest Daily News
- ➤ Massachusetts officials said that summer FIFA World Cup fans will pay $80 for a commuter train ride to Foxborough — the higher fare reflects the stadium’s remote location and the lack of a dedicated sports fund — and noted it is one of the more affordable ways to reach Gillette Stadium. - ➤ The poll for the 2026 Daily News Fans Girls Swimmer/Diver of the Year is open until noon Thursday, Apr. 30, and it features 22 top high school swimmers and divers (drawing from teams in Dover-Sherborn, Wayland, Algonquin, Framingham, and Wellesley) known for their championship, MVP, and rising star credentials.
