- ➤ Framingham will honor local veterans at a free Armed Forces Day ceremony on Saturday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at Cushing Memorial Chapel (hosted by the Veterans Council) and will follow the ceremony with a community picnic featuring refreshments. MetroWest Daily News

- ➤ New data from Realtor.com shows Middlesex County home sales had a median price of $747,500 in February, up slightly from $741,900 in January and 4.6% higher than last February. Single-family homes sold at a median of $795,000 while condo and townhome prices dropped to $585,000 (data). MetroWest Daily News
