- ➤ Framingham will celebrate Pride Month with its 8th annual Pride Flag Raising Ceremony on Sunday, May 31 at 2 p.m. at Memorial Building Plaza; after the ceremony, OUT MetroWest will host a family-friendly block party from 3-6 p.m. at 160 Hollis St. MetroWest Daily News
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Framingham’s new Logan Express remote terminal will open on Monday, Jun. 1 and will allow travelers to clear TSA security before arriving at Boston Logan International Airport. MetroWest Daily News
- ➤ CSX Transportation will repair Hollis Street rail crossing from Tuesday, May 26 to Wednesday, May 27 and Waushakum Street crossing from Thursday, May 28 to Friday, May 29; closures begin at 5 a.m. and work runs from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Police will manage detours.) City of Framingham
- ➤ Framingham will hold its annual Memorial Day ceremony on Monday, May 25, at 11 a.m. at the Memorial Building (Historic Nevins Hall) to honor fallen service members, with city leaders and veteran Commander Bill Driscoll set to speak. City of Framingham
