- ➤ Framingham apartment prices fell slightly since last July, with the median rent dropping from $2,641 to $2,575 in July — one-bedroom rentals were at $2,290 and two-bedroom listings at $2,810 — according to new data from Zumper. MetroWest Daily News
- ➤ Massachusetts gas prices fell slightly to an average of $3.03 per gallon for regular fuel—down from $3.04 last week. The state average remains about 3.0% below the national price of $3.12. MetroWest Daily News
- ➤ Today, Stop – Shop is lowering prices at 88 Eastern Massachusetts stores—28 have already updated their price tags—with new discounts on items like Italian bread and rotisserie chicken as part of a multi – year transformation strategy. MetroWest Daily News

- ➤ PAC MetroWest is hosting Free Lesson Days and an Open House at the lower level of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church — 3 Maple St — in Framingham to offer a free half-hour lesson with experienced instructors and an instrument petting zoo with crafts and snacks.
