Gaining Ground Farm in Concord harvested peppers and Brazilian Jilo eggplant that were donated to Daniel's Table in Framingham—supporting food for 600 households.

Community volunteers picked the produce on scheduled dates, and local residents used it to prepare meals at home.

The Fresh Market at 84 Worcester Road in Framingham will host a Guest Appreciation event on Sept.

A Framingham resident said her car was totaled when a 17-year-old student lost control after leaving Framingham High Monday at about 11:34 a.m. on A Street — police reported the driver was uninjured as neighbors with long-standing complaints about speeding student drivers urged for stricter safety measures.
