- ➤ Massachusetts law lets drivers tint the top six inches of the windshield if it does not block the view, and permits up to 35% tint on other windows—drivers with a doctor’s note can use darker tint while violators may face fines and license suspensions. MetroWest Daily News
- ➤ Today, District 2 residents in Framingham vote in the School Committee race from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. + Three candidates are running and only the top two will advance to the November election. City of Framingham

- ➤ MassBay Community College will host a free MetroWest Prostate Cancer Awareness Event on September 20th from 10AM to 2PM at its Framingham campus at 490 Franklin Street—attendees can join educational seminars and receive free prostate cancer screenings with lunch provided in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. - ➤ Massachusetts lawmakers are considering bills that would ban seven food dyes from competitive foods and non-sweetened carbonated water sold in school cafeterias—if passed, the ban will take effect Dec. 31, 2028. MetroWest Daily News
