- ➤ Chipotle Mexican Grill is planning to open its second restaurant in Framingham next month at 573 Worcester Road — sharing a building with Starbucks. - ➤ Due to paving work later this week, hydrant flushing on Edgell Road has been rescheduled from the week of September 29 to this week with operations running from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The rest of the hydrant flushing program will begin on September 29 — keeping the water system on track. - ➤ Framingham City Council debated giving itself power to grant special permits for large development projects—city leaders would vote on permits for projects with at least 75,000 square feet.
