- ➤ Originally based in Framingham, Westborough nonprofit Dignity Matters distributed over 3.7 million menstrual products, new underwear and bras to 18,000 women and girls in Massachusetts in 2024 to ensure dignity for those in need—its supplies reached food pantries, shelters and schools. The organization will expand its partnerships by providing supplies to Worcester Public Schools in the future. MetroWest Daily News

- ➤ Marylou’s Coffee opened its MetroWest debut in Framingham on Oct. 3 at a renovated Seasons convenience store while Chipotle opened its second location on Oct. 6 at 573 Worcester Road—these openings come as Starbucks closed several local stores, Chick-Fil-A opened in Foxborough on Oct. 2, and a new brewery is set to replace the old Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing site in Framingham this month.
