The club will hold its Garden Club Greens Sale at the Cushing Park Maintenance Building on Dec 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Dec 6 from 10 a.m. to noon — proceeds will fund high school scholarships. - ➤ Yankee Candle will close about 20 stores across North America in January 2026, including several in Massachusetts, as parent company Newell Brands plans to lay off over 900 workers this December—aiming to save up to $130 million annually while shifting to more productive retail channels.
