- ➤ The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center expanded its free Home Modernization Navigator pilot program to Framingham on Dec. 12 to help residents improve home energy efficiency and reduce bills — following successful launches in Springfield and Lowell, the service offers guidance via calls, video, and community office hours. - ➤ Mayor Charlie Sisitsky announced the city is seeking a volunteer City Historian after longtime historian Frederic Wallace retires on December 31, 2025; interested residents can apply with a cover letter and résumé by January 4 at 11:59 p.m. City of Framingham
